Hello!

Thank You so much for taking the time to stop in and visit us here at Memo-Pause.

We are two ladies that have been there and done that when it comes to memo-pause. It certainly isn't pleasant but we have made it through and no doubt you will two. We have both had different experiences with this ordeal and as such we feel that we have become somewhat of an expert on the topic, just as much as any woman that has come through it is.

We felt though that by women sharing their experiences about the pre...during...and post menopause time that it would support others.

It is our hope that the articles and information that you will find here will be of some help and comfort.
